If you are an author who wants to submit your paper to Life Sciences, Materials, and Applied Chemistry symposium, you will need to access the Author menu on your account. The Author menu allows you to upload your paper, check the status of your submission, and communicate with the editors.

However, some authors may have trouble finding the Author menu on their account. Here are some possible reasons and solutions for this issue.

  • Your account is not activated. When you create an account on Scientific.Net, you need to fill out an account activation form. This form verifies your identity and affiliation as an author. You can find the form on our website under the "Life Sciences, Materials, and Applied Chemistry SymposiumSubmit manuscript#2 Activate your account" section. Once we receive and process your form, we will activate your account and send you a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • Your account is activated but the Author menu is not visible. Sometimes, the Author menu may not appear on your account due to a technical glitch or a browser issue. To fix this, you can try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If none of these methods work, please contact us and we will help you resolve the problem.
  • Your account is activated, and the Author menu is visible, but you cannot access it. This may happen if you have not logged in to your account or if your session has expired. To access the Author menu, you need to log in to your account with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset on the website. If you are already logged in but still cannot access the Author menu, please log out and log in again.
