Your presentation session cannot be rescheduled if you are not able to attend your session; However,
- If you are listed as a presenter but cannot attend on the day of the event, you can be replaced by one of the other authors listed in the manuscript. Please inform the committee via email to [email protected] if this change happens.
- For your information, the participant who gets the seminar kit and the name listed on the certificate will change according to the attendee that presents the paper.
